I went on my 30min lunch break, the cashier noticed I hadn't gotten my food yet as she was about to step outside, so she stopped turned back around and went and got my food before leaving. Was greatly appreciated. Also the food is always amazing!
This was our second time visiting McAlisters. First time several years ago in Memphis TN and most recently at Piegon Forge TN. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1st visit in Memphis and were happy to see one at Piegon Forge. The atmosphere is very deli, the people were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I ordered double meat Reuben Sandwich, and my wife ordered French Dip Sandwich. Both were amazing.

I ordered the avocado BLT and some potato salad through Door Dash. Food was fresh and tasted great. I wasn't a fan of the potato salad but that was more a personal preference (it was a little heavy on the mustard for me) than a knock against the quality. I'd definitely order from here again.
