Ditto on the previous review. Went here in pigeon forge. While the pizza was good, the only way to dine in was to order at the counter then wait at a table until they called your number. The soda fountain wasn't available so you had to buy 2 liter bottles and they gave you cups. They had no water and no ice. ??????People go out to eat because they do not want to prepare or cook food. No table service. You order up front and they bring the food to you. No fountain drinks, only bottles. No alcohol served here. I wish we would have known this before going in. We would have just ordered online and used some discounts.

We were pretty much disappointed tonight here at Pizza Hut. We got there and there were no customers in the whole restaurant. Then we realized that most of their business is carry out or drive through. We sat in a booth, but there wasn't table service since they were short-handed. And, their drink machine wasn't working, so you had to buy a bottle of soda (with no refills, of course). Just not a great experience.
