Food was excellent. I had not eaten from Domino's in years. They have really stepped up their game. They've become my new favorite!

Placed an order and got to the store 15 minutes later. Had not event started cooking and said it was going to be another 30 or more minutes. Was not busy. Just poor service.

I received an email for a free emergency pizza. I was having issues trying to redeem it. Natalie from Store 5480 on Dayton Blvd looked up my previous order to try and resolve the issue. She went far & above to provide excellent customer service. She offered to make the emergency pizza! It was delicious! I appreciate this admirable manager that made my night! Thank you for caring!

It’s very “Hit or Miss” with this store. You either get your order. Or you don’t. And they blame it on “We only have two delivery drivers.” That’s a Domino’s issue and not a me issue. I’ve sent several “case issues” to Domino’s and have never received a response from this store or corporate. We will see. Order at your own risk.

According to the Pizza tracker it took them 15 minutes to make a pizza now I've worked at a pizza joint and it does not take that long to make a pizza and put it in the oven. Pizza was not quite done in the middle, the tots were overdone. The so-called free emergency pizza is not free because you're required to order $17 and change of other items I personally then don't call that a free pizza.

This is my favorite place! It is so good! The people are so nice and they are so friendly! Best dominos hands down.

We ordered at 2pm on Saturday and the website said 25 minute delivery. After 30 mins the "tracker" didn't move from prep so I called thinking the tracker was malfunctioning (common occurrence). The woman was nice and apologized and said they were backed up and ours was going in in a few minutes. Another 30 mins went by and still no movement on the tracker. Called again and they said ours was just going in the oven and should be arriving in about 30+ minutes. So what should have been a 30 minute delivery became at least 1.5 hours. Actual pizza restaurants make everything fresh and it gets to the table in half of this time. For $30 including the mandatory $5 delivery fee the chain retains for doing absolutely nothing I expect at least a reasonable delivery time. This is the second horrible experience at this exact location. The previous was around New Years. I don't foresee a third chance.

I'd be lying if I said Domino's doesn't deliver lol. I have no legit complaints. Devouring it now ?

They don't care if you've been waiting on your order for and hour and a half...don't waist your time here if you have a hungry family
