This place is huge and has a great arcade. I applaud the worker who was cleaning the tables and working the register. She was the only worker to be seen and working really hard. I was surprised there was no Parmesan anywhere to be found.
It's super cool to see an old school pizza buffet. It's not what it was in its hey day, and I wasn't expecting much. The pizza however wasn't bad, in fact it was good. Better than most chain generic pizza chains at least. The staff was very polite, and they have an arcade for the kids like it's 1998! For the price 10/10 Will eat there again. We don’t have any Cici’s Pizzas where we live anymore and we used to love it, so we had to stop here while visiting Pigeon Forge area. It definitely was as good as we remember! The staff were friendly and it was so busy that they were constantly putting out fresh pizzas and desserts. Plenty of seating and great prices. It was also pretty clean for a Cici’s, so huge bonus lol.
