Sevierville's best places for Mexican cuisine are in our list.
“This is the best food we had while on vacation in the Smokies, as a matter of fact we went back here twice. Don’t hesitate to eat here, everything we ordered was great, way better than the chain restaurants in the tourist hot spots. We are from Chicago where we’ve got plenty of quality Mexican options and I put this couples food right up there with any of them.“
“The staff were exceptional with my friends Birthday, they all sang in spanish to her and she was so surprise. Sanders helped me pull this event off with ease. Thank you all and I would recommend El Paso Mexican Restaurant to anyone who wants GREAT food, GREAT staff and just a GREAT time. 2 thumps up guys n girls @ El PasoParking: great got a spot right in front“
“Excellent fajitas. Had the parillada for 3. There were only two of us, expecting to take some home. Goodness, that was a LOT of food made a total 14 wraps (take home put in 10" tortillas)!! Was 34.99 for 3 meals is a GREAT value! It was crowded, but the service was friendly, efficient, and professional. It's loud, but otherwise FANTASTIC! Should have taken photos.“
“Super cute little Mexican restaurant! It’s a stand alone building with their own parking lot. All the food was fresh and the portion sizes were perfect. They had some menu options that I hadn’t seen at other Mexican restaurants. We recommend the fajita nachos!“
“Absolutely delicious fresh food in the restaurant! I've had their Texas Fajitas 3-times in the last 2-weeks, it's beef, chicken & shrimp with onions & peppers, it is so flavorful. Their grocery section with butcher shop are unique and wonderful. The cold cases hold tasty treasures like flan, tres Leche, sodas, juices and more. Highly recommend this place!“
“I’m so happy I finally tried this spot! I’ve been here twice in the last month and the food has been amazing on both occasions! The guacamole was made fresh and was a good portion size for sharing between two people. It was perfect after we added in a squeeze of lime and salt. Both meals I’ve tried came out in a timely manner and tasted fantastic! The churros were good as well. No complaints at all after our visits!“
“Excellent food in no frills digs - we got the burrito, tacos, cena hondurena and parmesan hondurena and it would have been enough for 6 or 7 people. Very flavorful and authentic food, served with two excellent homemade salsas. When we went the woman at the front did not speak any English - if you don't know any Spanish don't let it stop you! They have a visual menu and everything is delicious.“
“Awesome place! Finally found great authentic Mexican food on par with the places we're used to in Chicago! El Eslabon is on the top of our list... we're local and will be here regularly.Tried a sampling of tamales, tacos El pastor, Chile rellenos, enchiladas and the huerache...and of course margaritas! Absolutely delicious! Our server was super nice, attentive and food came out quick. I highly recommend El Eslabon.“
“Mexican restaurant critic here! Here's my full review! First time visit:Basic atmosphere, but clean and welcoming. I was seated quickly and promptly served my beverage. Service was quick and efficient.Chips and salsa served crisp and fresh, queso was perfect! After debating, I decided upon the tamales and they did not disappoint! Hands down, these were the best tamales I have had outside of Texas. The meat was seasoned perfectly, and the tamales were so moist and flavorful. The rice was also authentically prepared, and the refried beans were as expected.Overall, I was greatly impressed with my meal and will definitely be returning!“
“This is absolutely the best margarita and michelada in this town! Jessica makes a world rocking michelada and is the creator of the most dangerous margarita that will make you forsake all others! I strongly suggest the shrimp dip and ask them to make it spicy! The street tacos rival the street tacos in Matamoros, Mexico! Everyone should try this place out! Do it!Dietary restrictions: Whatever you need they will accommodate!Parking: Pull in and eat!Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome!Wheelchair accessibility: Very Wheelchair Accessible!“
“This is a new restaurant that serves food from Honduras and Mexico. The food is excellent! There was only one server who had not been trained very well. He did the best that he could but he was very slow. The staff did not know how to make a margarita even though it is listed in the menu. Will we return? Possibly.“
“The food was absolutely amazing! The best meal we had the whole time we visited Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. We both ordered walking tacos and they were delicious. Food tasted very fresh and flavorful. Would definitely go back & recommend to anyone in the area.“
