The food was finished quickly and the staff were kind. My burger was ok, but the fries were great! The floor was a little sticky, but we found a clean place to sit. We would probably go back again if we were in the area.
The woman working went out of her way to make sure my melt was sauceless since the kiosk didnt have an option to remove it. She remembered our number to tell the cook and hand delivered our food to the table. Best steak n shake service I've had!

Restaurant was dirty and understood in supplies like cup lids straws and napkins. The self serve kiosks can be handy but there was no acknowledgement by staff of people waiting for food. I always like the food, maybe the staff was shorthanded like so many places, but it was 15 min wait with only a couple people ahead of me.
