The young lady that was ringing me up was trying her best to figure out how to do it. And the manager just kept yelling at her from the kitchen. And then after I got my order she told the young lady that she rang it up wrong because one chicken is more expensive than the other kind of chicken and on my receipt it says it's the same price. If that's how your managers treat your employees you need new management

Very rarely do I have a good experience at this location. There are generally very long wait times, which is understandable when you're told, not when you just sit and wonder. The food is usually fresh, but sometimes the fries are cold and not fully seasoned. Personally if my kids didn't love the food so much I wouldn't go back to this location based purely off wait times.

we had to wait for our food, which is typical at a zaxby's..gave it 2 stars only for the reason there was an employee in the parking lot loudly complaining to another employee about how the night crew did not clean the night before..there was mold in something when she came in..having worked in the food industry for several years it takes longer than one night for mold to develop..so why complain, just clean it and speak to a manager about it..also do not order their chocolate...read full review
