Frequently busy, unfortunately the staff has not been properly trained or properly motivated to run a rush. For several months now, a trip to wendys takes NO LESS than 20 minutes from the time you hit the drive thru line til leaving the window with your order. One night, after 10pm, The staff took and filled orders one by one. As in, car #1 gets to speaker, orders, pulls up to window, pays, gets food. Unfortunately, this Wendy's made my food in old grease. I work in food service so do understand it can be rough at times, but please make sure you are changing out what is needed properly and in a timely manner.
