Employees did not have any type of hats, hair nets, etc. to keep hair from food. Cashier did have on a visor. What got my attention was the one employee with longer hair who kept throwing his head back and forward. Nothing to keep hair from flying!
Best subs to me! I haven't tried them all because the club sub is so good I get it mostly. This place is awesome. I use my app to place orders which gives points for using the app or you can scan the code at checkout in store. Today I went in and thought I would have a sub waiting but realized I didn't finish checking out. I didn't get her name but she made my sandwich in like 1 minute and saved me from being late to work. They are my firehouse angles lol. Great salads too

Normally love this place. Firehouse Steak and Cheese is my fave. But, the last 2 that I bought have not been fit to eat. Straight to trash can. Last one did not smell right. I always get them to go so no return option. I guess it's time for a break or change my menu choice.
