Catfish and okra is the best I've had in a long long time. Definitely will make this a regular stop.
I want to say I think Helen’s has the best food and I absolutely love the hot fish ! It is wonderful place to come and dine or get a take out order to go. I love the hot fish but I am sure the other items on the menu are equally as good ! I want to thank “Josh the owner of Helen’s in Smyrna” for his excellent customer service! Keep up the good work Josh I am so proud of you !!!

Went to Helen's tonight to get my favorite. The mild catfish and fried okra as always they knocked it out of the park. Way to go Josh always working hard to make people happy.
