This restaurant is fairly priced and you will get your money's worth. I asked in Spanish if there were any regional specific dishes and my fiendly server told me it is a generalized menu. I had the Sunday special which was "Carne Asada Nachos" and was surprised by the tender meat, enjoyable flavor and generous portion. It also came with afree drink. There are no frills but simple cooking that most people will enjoy.
Seems family owned. Very very good Mexican food. Very large portions. Very good. Really liked it. Third time we have been, and can't wait for the fourth.Kid-friendliness: Seems to be family owned and very nice.

Went with a group. Everyone got their food except me. Waited almost 30 minutes after everyone else got their food to get mine. Made it uncomfortable to set there while everyone ate. So when I got mine, they were already done. Food is okay. Not what I expected, but hey.
