Restaurantji's guide to Spring Hill's top Mexican dining experiences.
“For the money, you can't beat it. The burritos are huge and we watched them cook the tortilla right there. The sweet pork is pretty good, but that lime tomatillo sauce I could drink in a glass !! It was our first time there and we will definitely be back !!“
“We have been going to Amigos about once a week for the last 8 years. The service is always great! The owner walks around and talks to people and checks to see how things are going. We have only had a few times in 8 years that something wasn’t right and it was corrected immediately and with no issue, We’ve tried about everything on the menu and all of it has been yummy. This is our favorite Mexican Restaurant in Spring Hill.“
“The food is really good and the server was super nice! We had the manager coming to our table and she checked if everything was alright :)we got our food quick and it was deliciouswe did have some misunderstanding with our checks but our server Beyanira did a great job and fixed it!“
“I'm so glad we tried this restaurant. First of all their horchata was great. It's sad when you go to a Mexican restaurant and they sit don't have horchata. Second, their cheese dip is great, it's both spicy and flavorful. I ordered the steak and chicken fajitas and it was seasoned very well and came with a side of rice, beans, tortillas, guac and pico. Our group also ordered a fajita quesadilla, mixed fajita plate with veggies, shrimp quesadilla and 3 chicken tamales. We had 5 dinners for about $80. This will probably be our new go to mexican restaurant.“
“Pretty good food overall. Very robust & extensive menu choices. Lunch specials are available seven days a week. Outdoor seating in good weather is an option in a well appointed covered patio. Service is good and pretty attentive & responsive. You pay at the front door on your way out. Adult beverages are available. The venue is a newly opened business that moved into a vacated restaurant space (former Mexican restaurant) -- the space was not remodeled or restructured -- just a much needed refresh.“
“Our first time eating here, and we came on a Friday night and the place was absolutely packed and everything smelled great when we walked in. The complementary chips and salsa was really good, and they also have a hotter salsa that you can ask for. We both thought each of our entrees were very tasty, and very generous portion sized. They have very reasonable prices, and we will definitely come back when we're down in Spring Hill!“
“When you walk in and Mexicans are inside eating then you know you found authentic Mexican food. Im from Cali where a taquiria is on every block and La Villa is the closes to real tacos. Plus you can get ingrediats to make tacos at home from their market.“
