Viking is 100% the best pizza place in Spring Hill or anywhere nearby. The food is amazing, and for a vegetarian, there are enough options to keep me happy. The staff are great and provide excellent service each time we order/visit.Vegetarian options: Viking has options for both vegetarians and vegans. Food is amazing! Guy answering the phone (could be the owner for all I know) has just really been unkind. Every time my wife - who is overly nice - calls to get a cauliflower crust pizza it seems to really inconvenience him to make it half one way and half another. Zero issues when ordering online. Hard to continue to spend our money here as this has happened multiple times now - very unfortunate as we love supporting local businesses.
