I am editing my previous negative review I posted a few weeks ago. The manager invited me back for a free make up lunch. I ate there today and I must say I was very impressed with the food and the service! The food came out hot and sizzling. It was delicious! Kayla, my server did a great job of taking care of me. I also noticed she was taking great care of all the customers seated in my section. I could hear her asking the customers "how is your food", "do you need anything"?...read full review

We ate at Applebee's Tullahoma location. I love the French onion soup and the chicken wonton tacos. We always request to sit in Zac's section because he does such a great job. The orange chicken used to be so good and would love it if you guys would bring that back.

I just want to take a minute and brag about Zac and his terrific service! He's attentive to his customers, and he knows how to make them laugh. If you go to Applebee's I highly recommend asking for Zac!
