Love the "Welcome to Firehouse" greetings when you walk in. Prices has went up (what hasn't) but still a great value for the amount of food and meat on the sandwiches. I'd recommend doing the survey since you can get a free drink on the next visit to save!
I really like eating here, sandwiches are fresh and there's much variety. However I ordered pick-up and the website wouldn't let me take off condiments. There's no way to customize or leave the server a note. Also, we couldn't select the kind of drink we wanted. They asked and then got it for us just thought it would be easier if they knew when they looked at our order incase someone else is picking up the order.
