Came in for a to go order. Nothing in particular happened with me, but while waiting I noticed just how friendly the staff was with every customer. They were all working very hard and in good spirits. You can also really tell how much the manager helps his team and and how good he is at his job! I hope y'all see this and know someone noticed that y'all are doing a wonderful job!
I eat at home, even before Covid, but the atmosphere is nice for a date, or a laid back hang with friends. I've ordered a Spud with everything, a Salad, Sandwiches to my liking, and the Soups...all Yum! Folks will complain about anything, but the one time an entree got messed up, they made it right, and it was delicious. McAlister's Deli is my favorite Deli in Abilene!

We had a small catering order that was delivered to ACU softball field. Ray was amazing in getting our order and making sure we had everything we needed. He even followed up after our order was delivered to see if everything went well and also to check to see if we won our games!! Great service and great food! We highly recommend using McAlister's for your catering needs!!
