Food was fresh but bacon left off both our burgers. It's usually something minor, but something is always messed up. They will fix mistakes but cost more to go back, in gas and time.
Amazing customer service. Erica went above normal expected customer service! She was able to answer all curious questions and modify our order with no issues. Smiles and positive the entire time. More CSR need to take notes from her! Keep up the awesomeness ERICA!!
