Taco Bueno y’all must do better !! I’ve been coming to Taco Bueno since I was 18. I’m 61 now. I’ve always loved the the food. But it has really went down hill. Me & my grandchildren went the other evening (3/2/24) were there about 40 minutes, no one else came in, no one drove though the drive thru. ?? You can’t survive that way $$$. Anyway I ordered 3 tacos, they were hard & stale. I write this review to encourage y’all to do better.

I went to Taco Bueno, on N Judge Ely Blvd, Abilene 79601, last Friday. They have a 3 item deal for $6. The food was great and the service was good. About 10 years ago, this Taco Bueno had new management and the food and service left alot to be desired. About 2/3 years ago, I think management changed again, and their food, cost for amount of food you get, improved and continues to improve every time I go. Reason for the low service rating is that the drive-thru people were very brusque with us. They had had a negative interaction with a customer before us, and it was clearly affecting their customer service. I don't think they were to blame though, only a Superman can have that kind of interaction and not be a little messed up.Also they no longer have the item I loved as a kid, the cinnamon chips. Not really a bad thing, but I just wanted to include it.
