we reserved a table at 7 and didn’t get sat till 7:45, the hosts were rude and careless, they acted bothered when we asked about our reservation and status of our table. otherwise, the server and food were good.
The waitress must of been new because she came up to welcome us but instead stood there looking around. So I address her that I would like iced tea with Splenda. She said I’ll be right back then walked off. We should of known to leave at the time.But we had our grandson with us and he was hungry. Then waitress finally came back and took our drinks order. Alicia B at the Allen location was amazing, attentive, and friendly. She had multiple tables and a large party and handled it all!! The food was excellent! We will definitely be back.
