“Family favorite. They will make your burger how you want it and even make it with lettuce as the bun and omit anything you don't want like tomatoes, onions, condiments. Mustard or mayo instead of the regular sauce can be done instead. Their fries taste good and aren't steak fries and the specialize in hamburgers and fries. No hot dogs, other sandwiches or desserts. They do make animal fries which are covered in their special sauce; kind of a thousand island taste but not as sweet) Sweet cravers: their milkshakes are delicious and taste homemade; so are their burgers.“
“This place is great. Very clean on the inside. Super friendly staff and fantastic food. It’s also super quiet, which isn’t something I’ve ever noticed at a restaurant but it’s a very nice feeling. I’ve been back countless times and don’t plan on stopping! If your hesitant, definitely give it a try!“
“Best bacon cheeseburger ! I ordered well done, it was well done, moist and tender. Two handed burger, perfect meat to bun ratio, fresh vegetables and worth every penny. Their onion rings were great as well, just the the right amount for me with the small order. Certainly gonna have to go back to try other things on the menu!“

“I thought I'd finally give this place a try since I pass by it so often going home.I got the big hat burger combo. The burger looks like something homemade, like exactly how burgers look when you get them from the grocery store and make it at home.That's not a bad thing. it just didn't look like a fast food burger.The fries were the star, and I like the packaging it comes in, and they use seasoning salt, which made them taste even better.My only real critique is the drive-thru menu sign. I have good vision, so I was fine, but the size of the font on that thing is so tiny idk why they went with that I can only imagine some poor ol granny pulling up and it just being a complete blurr.If you have even slight vision issues go inside cause you won't be able to read the drive thru menu.“
“Nice charbroiled burger joint with a good beer selection. You order at front, and they bring the food out like other burger joints.The patio is nice, and food prices are reasonable for the location. I plan to come back to see if the laid-back vibe changes on game day.“
“Food was super good and would def go again...so like 20 years ago I just started college and tried my hand at vegetarian...pops took me to this super fly burger joint in Denton and I got a potato! He was floored...never forgave me for my "shame" upon him...so yeah like fast forward, I got their chicken sandwich (Fried at this JC place, not the Denton thing) and he straight up asked me if I do not eat beef...hahaha. Guess not at this time but man I wanted that chicken sandwich and it was dope. I'm sure the cow is on point too!“
“The food and service were amazing! My daughter crowned it the best cheesesteak that she's ever had. Tony actually came in while we were there, introduced himself, and asked how things were. I also noticed how his employees did what he asked them to do without hesitation. You don't see that very often anymore. We highly recommend this place. There's a cheesesteak on the menu for anything you're craving.“
“Portillo's is one of the BEST fast food places ever. Its fast food, but the quality far surpasses every other fast food restaurant. Their burgers are some of the best I've tasted and their special sauce is to die for. Fries are always hot and fresh! Italian beef was perfect as always, really bringing in that Chicago flavor. Note to anyone that is not familiar with Italian beef- it is supposed to be soggy and wet because what the beef is cooked in gives it its flavor. Restaurant was very clean and perfectly mashed Chicago and Texas elements. I recommend anyone and everyone to go here!“
“Food so good, too expensive. Prices have gone up. Having talked to co-workers we mainly agree it costs too much to justify. However $2 scratch win of $20 brought me here. Has to be the dullest atmosphere of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. It’s lonely feeling even when I’m with family or friends. Over the years it has not changed let alone improved. This would be better as a take away only.“
“I had the fried deviled eggs were good. Different and earth the try. A new way of doing the eggs. I then had the fish and chips. It was very good. The fries were great also. Coleslaw was supper good. Service was best ever. I even kept him more than 20%. I will go here again“
