Whenever I miss a good ole NY slice of pizza I come to Italia Express. It doesn't get more authentic than this place. These men have perfected their pizza. It's just enough sauce, cheese and bread, not to mention how crispy the crust gets because of how perfectly thin it's made. Possibly the best slice in DFW amd definitely the best in Collin County.Pizza crust is light and all ingredients are super fresh. This is a family owned business and they focus on quality.I keep coming back since 2017.
