“Met some friends for dinner last Friday night and we had an amazing time. We were seated quickly, even with a party of 6 people, and from then our server Lindsey and the rest of the staff took great care of us. Our drinks, appetizers, and everything else for that matter, came out very fast. We never had to ask for any refills for drinks or anything else. The way the whole staff worked together was amazing, from the manager helping run food/drinks and visiting tables to the support staff clearing tables quickly. And the food was delicious, everything we had from appetizers to desserts were very good. It was a great first visit and it definitely won’t be the last.“
“Visited on a whim with friends, we WERE NOT disappointed. The layout of the place is confined, and not the best. But that didn't matter with the pizzas we ate. I and 4 other friends enjoyed pepperoni, alfredo, and New Yorker pizzas. We had the meatballs and croissant mozzarella sticks. Alright... so the pizza... it's no joke. It's some of the best I've had in a while. The server (possibly owner?) Described the 48-hour double rising process for their dough. You could taste the quality. Aromatic, crispy, and airy, in just the right way. The sauce that was used was perfect in composition ingredients wise. The alfredo sauce was some of the highest quality I've encountered. It tasted like it was made only a few hours ago. I had a delicious imported sparkling lemonade drink. Overall, it was a slamming dinner. we WILL return. Our rambunctious group was handled with patience and understanding. I am pleased!“
“Italia Pizza Shop excels in pizza perfection. Their Cheese Pizza boasts a thin, crisp crust enveloped in a rich, gooey mozzarella blanket, perfectly complemented by a zesty tomato sauce. Meanwhile, the Chicken Pizza is a savory sensation, with succulent seasoned chicken, fresh veggies, and mozzarella melding atop that same impeccable crust. Italia Pizza Shop is a haven for pizza enthusiasts, delivering both classic and inventive options, ensuring a cheesy delight with every bite.“
“The best. I used to live two blocks away. Now I drive an hour from Fort Worth for the best calamari in DFW -for real-, yummy pizza, great pasta. Do you know about these old fashioned neighborhood restaurants with generous portions, wonderful service and very reasonable prices?? This is it. So happy they have not become a franchise. I am afraid one day they just might. Just too good. Thanks guys.“
“It was my first time visiting here. The people there were very welcoming. I tried their pepperoni pizza and a calzone. Since it was my first time there, they gave me a free cinnamon dessert pizza on the house! That was very, very good. It reminded of the cinnamon sticks that Domino's used to have.“
“Got catering from here 3 times, staff is super nice as are the owners. The food has been excellent every time. We have gotten the baked ziti, penne Alfredo, pizza, salad, and garlic bread rolls. Everyone loves their salad dressing.! at our last party. All our guests kept asking where the food was from, everyone loved it.!Vegetarian options: They are very accommodating for dietary restrictions and making items on the menu vegetarian to fit our needs“
“We had ordered several super-large pizza pies for our office luncheon. Apart from the pricing being more economical than other pizza places the flavor and taste was awesome. Felt like they had used fresh ingredients and pizzas were well made. The staff was blown away by the wonderful pizza-experience.“
“Let me just start by saying, wow! Our night at was simply amazing, all thanks to Tina, our incredible server. We rolled in with a big crew of 20 hungry folks, and Tina made sure every single one of us felt like VIPs.Not only did she handle our large group like a pro, but she did it with such warmth and genuine care. It felt like we were being taken care of by a friend rather than just a server. Tina anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them – from refilling drinks to bringing extra napkins, she was on top of it all.And let's talk about the food! It was like a flavor explosion in every bite. Fresh, tasty, and cooked to perfection. Whether you're a meat lover, veggie enthusiast, or somewhere in between, there's something on the menu for everyone. Plus, the portions were hearty, leaving no one at our table hungry.Oh, and did I mention the porch? What a gem! It's spacious enough for a big group like ours, and the atmosphere was just perfect for a laid-back evening with friends and family. When it was time to settle up, Tina made sure everything was split correctly, taking the hassle out of bill-paying. Her attention to detail was truly impressive.Overall, our experience was one for the books. If you're craving delicious food served with a side of top-notch service, do yourself a favor and pay Tina and the team a visit. You won't regret it! We'll definitely be back for more soon.“
“Great food, great service, great atmosphere! We love Italian Villa! The stuffed shells are my favorite! Their bread is so fluffy and yummy. Their house dressing might be the best around! It's so, so good!! The pizza is amazing. I haven't had anything from Italian Villa that I haven't liked ?♀️ BYOB, I believe, but they do have some wines on hand, as well. It's a fantastic, family owned, Italian restaurant! ❤️“
“This was our first time, Justin was our server. The ambience was peaceful but very crowded. Our table was very small for 5 people. The food was delicious but did not come out all together or spread out enough. We were still finishing salads when the entrees arrived. Overall, not a place I will go out of my way for.“
“Great food, and service, at a reasonable price. You can tell that the staff also eat from the menu, and report back if something is off.The Vilage at Allen, 190 E Stacy Rd, 75002.Many other resturants, don't eat their own food, and you can tell why.But Olive Garden probably gives staff a steep discount, so they eat there between shifts, and so the food is very good.Management will also stop by your table, and ask how things are going. They are actively involved with customers, makes a difference. The only things I would change are the restroom music, and the payment system, with touch screen keyboard. Discourages guests from leaving comments, feedback.Payment is easy though, but I worry about the security of those devices.Who updates the firmware? How often. Thanks,Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, all on one level, from the parking lot, with large double doors.“
“Best Italian food we've ever had.. Husband and I came back to Allen for our 13 years anniversary because this is where we got married. We'll we made the smart choice to stop in at Brio's DID NOT DISAPPOINT.. Our server Colton was amazing and so helpful he recommended our plate and boy was he spot on.. Mind you he was a super great server all together very sweet and super respectful. . Highly recommend ? will definitely be back...“
“Had dinner here with family from Detroit and they absolutely loved it! The service was phenomenal. The food was spectacular. I had the salmon with asparagus and potatoes. It was delicious. You have to try the goat cheese appetizer! We also enjoyed the watermelon wine! Wow! It was so tasty and refreshing. We are definitely going here again!“
“We're there almost weekly and it's always consistent and accommodating, which is key for our picky kids. . . They know our usuals by now and treat us like family. Negroni is my favorite cocktail and they make the best one in town, not too bitter and no sugary syrup, classic and balanced recipe. We like to celebrate occasions here and come for “last meals” before travel or surgeries because we know it will be good! Everyone is so kind, hospitable, and love seeing all the familiar faces week to week. They're so kind to our kids and if it's not busy will let them peek in on the pizza making.“
