Very frugal. I always ask for a water but they always want to charge for a cup. They gave me tap water I can taste it. I hope the manager is poor and ashamed. I'm only giving it 3 stars because of some of the respectable faces who work here. Otherwise management needs to be overhauled for giving me this earthy tasting tap water. Just tell me I have to pay for fountain water? Don't do this crap. I guess Chinese cuisine in general is ran by penurious people I can no longer trust...read full review
People want fresh hot food ļand not old food mixed with fresh food!! The service was better than the food . let's do better people . Fast food is the thing now, and old food is not it. We can get that at home...

I ordered with the Panda Express application 30 minutes in advance. When I arrived my order was not even started and I was asked to wait another 20 minutes. Sine it was made through the application, there was no possibility to cancel order.
