We came in on a Saturday evening and got asked if we could sit outside which was fine. We sat for a bit without being greeted. Manager took notice and apologized and got someone to serve us. Later on GM came and apologized to us and had our kids meals taken care of and free dessert for our kids. Thank you for going above and beyond for us. It was very much appreciated!
We had taken a break from Pluckers because we would go and get cold wings. We went in today and were blown away. I met Lorena in Plano a few years ago (which was our spot back in day) and called her over. I had family over and told her all we wanted was hot food. She delivered and went above and beyond!
