CARE.Have eaten in many times, always great.Today I had take out and what kept coming to mind was care.The soup was taped shut.There was a square of cardboard, between the sushi lunch and the kids chicken meal! I mean, that’s care. Care for the sushi being served, care for me in having a great food experience. They also gave utensils for kids & adults. They gave TWO kinds of soy sauce! Regular & low sodium! Alaska sushi is my favorite. I order them all the time. Sometimes, they’re soooo good, a lot of crab meat and salmon, so delicious. They’re literally disappearing from my plate in a few minutes ???Sometimes, they’re not good at all, a little bit of crab meat but a lot of rice. See the picture.I wish the quality was the same all the time.

Sushi was very good. I had the chirashi bowl and the sashimi was very good. Miso soup was a little sweet but it may have been due to the miso paste. Dinner side salad was very good with a sesame soy vinaigrette dressing. Chicken teriyaki was very good. Portions were adequate. Bento box with teriyaki chicken and tonkatsu was good. Kids meals came in a cute wooden 3 piece bowl.
