We have been coming here regularly for months & they have had some issues. They now have a new GM who is FABULOUS & and almost entirely new staff! They strive to get it right which is an especially big deal for me due to my food allergies.Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to wheat & they make every effort to make everything safe for me.
Their new interior design is not conducive to walk In customers. I have stood here a very long time waiting to get my order taken, meanwhile 7 or 8 customers have ordered and gone through the drive through. Arby’s please reconsider your design, as your employees cannot see walk in customers at all. The door alarm did make an obnoxiously irritating noise when I walked in, but I assume with all the noise in the kitchen the employees could not hear it. The lady who waited on me...read full review
