We ordered online, picked up our order and drove 10 mins home. They forgot our seasoned fries. Drove back and explained, they said we didn't order fries, even though it's right there on the receipt. Showed them the receipt and the finally 10 mins later they gave us our fries. Drove back home, only to discover the fries had no seasoning. By this point the food was cold. I'm sure the food would have been delicious if it was fresh.

I love coming to this place but recently, when I started looking at my receipt, they started charging me $1.50 for every blue cheese dressing that they brought to my table. I was under the impression that when I order wings, it came with dressing. But apparently they feel the need to bring me $12 worth of dressing and then charge me for it. I was never told anything about this and when I asked, they said, yes! We charge for each dressing brought to your table. My question was, why was I never told about this in the first place?she didn’t even have an answer.

Ally the manager has a problem we came into eat and everyone was drinking except for me I was drinking a tea and she came over and was like can I have your id and I wasn’t even drinking and then they if everyone at the table and everyone was over 21 but this has happened multiple times by the manger ally and she is very immature for no reason not a good manager at all she is super disrespected and very unprofessional for being a manager this has happened multiple times and last time she made us tab out for absolutely no reason

After reading all the negative reviews, I was hesitant to order from here and was expecting the worst. I finally did and was surprised. I ordered a 30 piece online with 4 different sauces. All were sauces great, cooked great, and pretty darn big. When I picked up my order I was and in and out in less than 3 minutes. I timed it because I was expecting terrible service based on reviews. There wasn’t a hostess when I got in, but was immediately spotted and helped. Hostess apologized I even had to wait all. Overall it, was exactly what you would expect from BWW, maybe even a little better. There is a sign out front that says “under new management” so maybe it has actually changed.

The staff are fun to be around, the atmosphere is fantastic, the bar is great and they have some of the happy hours in town. I can't get enough of their wings, pretty much everything on the menu is great.Vegetarian options: They have salads and other food that's vegetarian friendly

This location has gotten terrible. Was told to seat ourselves and push our own tables together. Service was terrible. Waitress hardly came around. We had to search for waitress and leave table several times to get what we needed at table. We were there a total of 2 hours and an hour and a half was waiting on food. The wait was ridiculous and a side salad that could have been served with everything else was served very last and that was all the person ordered. Can you imagine waiting over an hour and a half for a side salad? Will not eat at this location again
