My waitress was kind, filled my unsweetened iced tea five times, best iced tea in town by the way. Ate the tacos barbacoa first rate portion wasn't overly generous but then aye didn't leave hungry. Worth a second visit, really, they left no room for complaint.

Check your bank statements for debit or credit purchases with this restaurant. Picked up our food and payed with debit. Checked my bank statement the next day and someone had added a $5 tip for themselves. Called the restaurant and they basically said, oops. They are giving us back the tip. Wonder how many people they have done this to?

El Patron has been our favorite Mexican restaurant, until a recent incident involving the manager. She decided that what I usually order that requires a small accommodation, is no longer available. She also provided misinformation about happy hour prices, then refused to budge, charging us twice as much as we were told the price would be. It made for a very unpleasant experience and we won’t be coming back. The motto of “The customer is boss” needs to be removed from the menu.
Recently dined at this restaurant where the culinary experience was nothing short of amazing. Each dish we tried contributed to a truly memorable meal. Our waitress, though new to the job, was incredibly friendly and made a commendable effort to ensure our dining experience was pleasant.However, there was a minor misunderstanding during our visit, and the way it was handled by the management was disappointing. Despite the restaurant’s philosophy of ‘the customer is boss,’ the manager’s reluctance to amicably resolve the issue without implicating our waitress was uncomfortable and contrary to what we expected based on the restaurant’s values.My parents are regulars here and have always enjoyed their visits. However, after this experience with the current manager, whose approach to customer service seems ill-suited for the establishment’s otherwise high standards, our family is reconsidering future visits. We would only consider returning if there were changes in the management team that align more closely with the excellent service and customer care we know this restaurant can provide.Vegetarian options: Decent.
