Nothing can go wrong with a stop at firehouse subs. Building is always comfortable and clean, the staff are courteous and quick, and they seem to have a relaxed work environment, which shows through with their attitudes and service. Food is always above the quality to expect from a "fast food" place, and I personally have never had any issues with anything related with the store. If you're going to get a sub, go here. (My favorite is the Jamaican Jerk Chicken)

We love the subs from Firehouse but we waited 30 mins for our to go order of just 2 subs. After getting back on the road we realized one sub was not the right one that we ordered. They had 6 employees with very few customers. I recommend Firehouse but maybe not this location.

We have gone to this location several times around 9pm on Wednesday evenings. They close at 10 and we have always been gone and cleaned up by 9:40pm. They act very disgusted when you walk in the door. When taking your order they act like you are causing them to be going home late. They close at 10pm. Food is good but they do not treat you nicely when you are there.

Food was delicious as always, but the service was awful. They ignored my husband for at least ten minutes before someone told the lady at the register to get off of her phone and give us attention. They got our order wrong, but it made little difference thankfully.
Great food, great service, but it's a sandwich. So, probably give stars if you think that's the peak cuisine. Not a tremendous amount of options for a sandwich shop, and they forgot my mustard, but mistakes happen.

The cooks are disgusting. One gross chick always coughs in her hands. She is always coughing. Every freaking time we go in there she is coughing and she coughs straight into her gloves and then goes and handles the food.
