The waitresses were great but the food was not like before..pancakes came out cold and they just were flat and didn't taste good like usual even though I got another order. Not sure what's going on, but definitely fix the pancake issue or the way cooks make it..because it's IHOP?. Service was good and polite from servers.
10pm arrival. Food quality was horrible, especially for the price. Waitress was good and apologetic, but had to remake a simple omelette, my son found 3 hairs in his food. The omelette was spicy poblano and was missing half the ingredients as listed, hashbrowns were not cooked well done as ordered, cheese sauce was watered down and just plain gross (this was 2nd remake). $75 ticket for 4 and all we got was a decent cup of coffee and drink order.There was not even am attempt to...read full review
