The staff was very friendly and the ice cream was great! The inside was extremely messy though. The equipment they used was cleaned but the glass on the ice cream case was dirty, and the countertops were messy. I used to work in a place that did ice cream so I understand things can get out of hand especially if understaffed but I feel like they could've taken a moment to at least wipe the counters. Overall though it is still one of my favorite ice cream places when I go to Amarillo.
Went for a pre dinner dessert with my 4 kids. They were patient as we decided and it was so fun for the kids to use their imagination and think up the best concoctions. Fair priced as well! We will return :)

Visited for my daughter's birthday. Customer service was good. Served quickly and the ice cream is very rich and absolutely delicious, with many colorful options and mix-ins. It was definitely prepared with care. This location is clean with a nice layout. My 2 tips would be that the employees should smile and greet customers.And also play some light music in the background...
