Super nice place! Not a very wide selection of food though. Besides that everything was neat.

I don't think our experience was typical, but our waitress forgot us after she took our order. We were visiting then realized the room had filled and they had food. When she returned she asked if she had taken our order. Our food was free but we were there over two hours. The food did taste good.

In town for one night. Very enjoyable dinner, nice music in the background. Had chicken parmesan over spaghetti. The sauce or gravy depending how Italian you are was spot on to grandma's.They serve garlic knots with marinara can fill you up fast.

Their tomato gravy was excellent. Wine selection was good. Their menus were good. They could use a little bit of ambiance in their decor. Our way there was friendly as were the people won't when we originally came in. We had a great the meal was good.

I really wanted to like this place. On the outside, it looks like an upscale Italian restaurant. Inside, it's more like a local mom-and-pop place. The pizzaria red plastic coke and clear water cups reinforce that feeling, which is alright. The piped music is kind of cliche', and slightly too loud for background music.Their bread and marinara is delicious and uniquely shaped. I jokingly called them Italian baked or Italian pretzels.Their mozzarella sticks are comparable to grocery store frozen. Bland.I got their pasta sampler, and it came in the metal plate it was cooked in, as did my wife's eggplant parmesan. We weren't sure which was which. Both plates looked (and tasted) like a ton of marinara and cheese. I could only find pasta about halfway through my food, and recognized the ravioli because it was round. Again, the food was very plain.I wonder how small my mask would have been without the cheese. We sat by the kitchen pass, and I got to see other meals come up. Many liked better than ours, so it might have been luck of the draw. But looking again, they looked like they were dumped from Pam to plate into piles. Not bad, but not imaginative.

My family and I absolutely adore this place. Passing though town and were lucky enough to find this gem. Great pizza and pasta very reasonably priced and generous servings. Server Brittany is an absolute sweetheart, never allowed our drinks to be empty, very attentive and helpful. A must stop if you are in Amarillo and want Italian!!

I was in town for the week for work and I stumbled upon this place. I love Italian food so I was very happy. I walked in at about 8:40pm and didn't realize they closed at 9pm. Eric who was behind the bar was so welcoming and accommodating. The service was fantastic! The food was even better. I had the chicken parm dinner and loved it. I ended up going back every single day I was in town. Thank you Eric!!!

Great cozy atmosphere. Friendly service. Amazing food. I really enjoy the Lobster Ravioli that they have. I've never been disappointed when I visit.

We were excited to take our friends from out-of-town to one of our favorite restaurants. What a disappointment! Worst meal we've every had there. Drinks were weak. We asked to sit on the patio and were obliged. It was completely ghetto. Junk stacked up in corners. Weeds everywhere. On the plus side, our server was a delight. Napoli's, you should be embarrassed. We were.

Based on the website, I thought this would be a romantic place for my husband and I to have dinner. Boy was I wrong. It was so noisy we could barely have a conversation. We sat for over 10 minutes before we even saw a waitress to take our drink order. Then when they bring our food out they bring me a huge bowl of tortellini, which was great. My husband however had ordered the baked ravioli and they brought him a plate with literally six raviolis on it. The service was awful. The three servers working that night spent all of their time at the front counter talking. Even when we asked for a to-go box and our ticket are waitress had to stop and talk for about 5 minutes until she turned around and saw me staring at her then she decided to go get the things we had asked for. She never even offered my husband a second glass of tea. Doubt we will ever go back
