We thought this was a sit down restaurant where there were wait staff and menus where we could relax and eat our food and drink a couple of beers. Instead it was a glorified fast food Mexican place. The food wasn't all that good. If I had wanted fast food I would have went to Whataburger.
The restaurant is usually quite busy, but the services are fast. Food is hot,fresh, and good. They maintain the restaurant well trying to keep it clean and the tables cleared. The price point is not bad for the amount of food you’re given.

The food doesn't taste the way it should, from the queso to the basic beef burrito nothing on the menu is prepared the way it ought to be as it is in Odessa& Midland TX where Rosa's originated. The owner Bobby Cox should send trainers out to Amarillo for a month and ensure the food is top notch at every location if he's going to charge so much for it!
