Had the filet mignon trio each medallions had different flavors on top the first blue cheese bacon butter that melted in your mouth. The flavors exploded on the pallet with every bite. Next medallion had grilled shrimp with lemon butter I could eat this all day and never get tired of it and the third medallion had sautéed mushrooms on top cooked to perfection cooked medium on the medallions. We are stopping through on our way north. Had to have a steak dinner in Texas, and this restaurant was just what we needed.Service by Garrett was excellent, our food was wonderful. Everything about this steak house was great will definitely stop on our way through again.

These guys were packed on a Saturday night, of course. I had just gotten off the road after driving almost 500 miles, the last hundred miles in a serious windstorm. The Knob Creek Old-Fashioned was exactly what the doctor ordered. The 9 ounce fillet, which I had ordered medium well, came out medium or, more likely, medium rare.
