Worse experience at a Schlotzskys ever. Sign says under new management, which is sad since the previous management was running a good restaurant. Both sandwiches were wrong, ice tea was almost empty and looked as thick as oil. Employees were disinterested.

If you have items in the Cinnabon case you would expect those to be for sale. Was told that anything in the case was for display only. Didn't really believe the guy but didn't fight it. Also it's 6:30 on a Saturday, how are you out of all medium buns and several soups. Will avoid this place!

So sad. They have a new menu and removed their pastrami AND corned beef. I won't ever need to go to Schlotzky's again. I guess I'll have to settle for half the quality and half the flavor for half the price at Arby's. Ugh.

After I asked how long they usually take to make a sandwich, keep in mind I've never been here before so how am I supposed to know? Worst customer service I've ever gotten from a simple exchange of words when I've never even talked to her before since a nice young man took my order, not her. She was just staring at me the whole time too when I was ordering, mean mugging me. Idk what her deal was but she doesn’t deserve to work in customer service with that attitude

This sandwich shop has a very brisk and steady line of customers. The service was fast and efficient and the music in the background is a nice touch. The California Chicken Avocado salad was more than I could eat. Tasty. Will try the strawberry salad next time.

Best travel eating experience. Amarillo is always our lunch spot when we are traveling between Dallas and Colorado. I have a gluten sensitive diet and its hard to eat on the go. I can eat sourdough so excited I can have their pizza and bread although they do offer GF alternatives. They ran out of regular size so they brought me 2 little pizzas. The staff are super kind.

Went there to get lunch for my daughter and her friend .the fiesta sandwich had hair all in it the other sandwich tasted spoiled .one of the worst experience I have had . with this restaurant went Friday 3-3-23nothing like taking a bit of your food and get hair.
