Absolutely terrible quality of work. I went in on march 22nd ordered a meal. It was suppose to be a chicken club toaster and they sent this out. Will not be going there any more.

when i went to eat there last night the owner came out and yelled at us for no reason and accused us of things that we didn’t do. not to mention the amount of times i have found HAIR in my food. one time i ordered mozzarella sticks and there was a bug in there, and one time i ordered an ice water and there was disgusting brown stuff at the inside bottom of the cup. this sonic is absolutely disgusting, don’t waste your time going there when there is a perfectly good sonic on 34th.

All around good spot to stop. In a great neighborhood. Fast service. Decent fast food. Did 1.99 foot longs, cheddar peppers, and 2 med drinks. It was super good and under 20 for two ppl. I do wish they would bring back grilled chicken sandwichs.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. Large tot to get a pic with at all times.Parking: Plenty of parking spots, drive thru, and go in. The only go in Sonic in this area.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap friendly

I was excited to get a Sonic right by our house but that excitement was short lived. I've been to this location many many times. My order is almost always wrong. It takes forever to get my order so I never pull in a stall. I drive through instead. I've gotten food a few times that had to be hours old and recooked...... The list goes on. I'm really hoping that someone in cooperate will read all of these bad reviews and make some changes. .

Ordered one drink off the app and waited 20 minutes!! While others that had full orders were coming out right away
Went to sonic on Hillside in Amarillo in the evening they gave me left over food from Lunch was very nasty. It was very dry and coldlooked like one day old food. I ordered a chicken dinner it had one little tiny union Ring, Tater Tots were very dry and the Chicken was very dry. I will never eat there anymore.

I really wanted to write my review directly to the company as per the receipt, but unfortunately the ink was so light I could not even read where to leave a review...so they get google. I went through the drive through about 4:30pm and ordered an unsweet tea and a medium tots. Received my order and drove directly to my hotel which is literally 5 minutes away. I took a drink of the tea and it tasted like wet towels smell... gross...tossed it. The first tot was room temperature and dry/old and tasted like it was cooked in older greese. I felt all of the tots - only 3 were slightly warm yet all were old, tasted bad...so out they went. Wasted $5 and change for nothing. I will never come back to this sonic again, didn't even want to give them a chance to make it right since ˆ can't even read the receipt...

Do not buy anything other than a drink here.They do not know how to send out fresh burgers or how to customize as ordered. Multiple cold burgers with stale cheese, no condiments although all 3 were requested, slapped cold bacon under patty & did not add the extra ingredients that were asked for.Staff doesn't care about quality of food that leaves the place.They gave tator tots instead of fries as requested.Chicken strips were soggy & soft not fresh.
