Literally have been waiting for two sonic blasts for the last 30 minutes. Three other cars have left before I have. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This is ridiculous. Don’t come to this slow location!
The other evening, my wife submitted an order for a medium soft drink within the SONIC App (this was at 6:33pm). We pulled into the Sonic shortly after (about 6:34pm) and noticed only two cars at the Drive-Thru and three in stalls. Pulling into Stall #1, we checked in on the app. Although the stall screen said "In the Kitchen," when our drink had not arrived by 6:44pm, I pressed the RED BUTTON; it displayed "Red Button Activated." Waited 15 min for the order to be brought out .2 drinks and tater tots ,tater tots were barely warm ,One car in drive thru ,Didn't understand why it took so long .one employee was leaning on drive thru counter .won't go there again ?
