We ordered on Uber eats and we went to pick it up order wasn't ready very rude he said we were at the wrong one and Uber driver picking up another order said no we were at the right one the guy look it up and said his help must have already clicked on it the he said he wasn't going to do the order till he was done with everyone

Horrible service tonight we did a online order first of we were missing sandwiches and sent our daughter back in to get sandwiches and when we got home with sandwiches they were missing half the ingredients

I have never experienced such rude behavior as my family and I did this evening. The teenage boy there was very rude. We had questions about the menu since it had changed since we were last there. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him and was not knowledgeable of the menu. He then began to slam bread trays and food storage containers. #SPM20220705071335 is the host number he used to check us out. I will never be back to this establishment again.

I stopped by this evening at 8:48. A young man was mopping the floor. I stood for just a moment and asked where he wanted me to step. Without looking up he said we close in just a few minutes. I asked, yes at 9, correct? Another gentleman was waiting to order as I stood there. I had an online order and was mistakenly at the wrong store but this gentleman working was extremely rude and disrespectful while also clearly disinterested in serving anyone since they were about to close. The gentleman standing waiting to order just walked out because it was clear he wasn’t getting served.

this location constantly messes up my simpleorders and gets the toppings switched whenever iorder multiple sandwiches together. theres alwaysnew people who work very inefficiently each weekor two and i now see why. i ordered a sandwich,choosing no to onions, banana pepper, andmustard and i got all of those on my sandwichwhile my friends sandwich got none, when sheordered all of those things. some things on oursandwiches were correct and some wereswitched, i had to hand pick the things off of mysandwich and put them onto my friends sandwichwhich took too much time since i was starving. iwant to be able to go to a subway shop and beable to get the right sandwich the first time. imgonna be going to a different location since thishas been happening for months, too much of mytime had been wasted and im honestlydissapointed lol

They did a good job, I used the app to order pick up, they don't seem to have curbside for some reason, but the app works well enough, gotten much better in the last few years

This place has horrible service went in there to get food and only had a 100 dollar Bill our order was 25 dollars and they would not take the 100 dollars stupid people don’t have a care in the would about the costumer service
