The food was the same as always. They didn’t have a burrito on the menu that I was wanting. The young girl working the window came over to help me order on the kiosk. I was wanting to get her name to leave it here to say thanks, but the manager, who was kind of rude, made it clear “she is busy”.They were short staffed so I think that was where the attitude came from. But still no excuse.Besides that same as always.

Multiple times I’ve come in and it smells like bathroom. And no not convenient timing i have picked up multiple orders from here on uber eats and each time have to smell bathroom, almost like they clean everything with the bathroom cleaner or use the same air freshener.

I dont expect much going into a tacobell.Walked in cashier wouldn't come to front after 3 employees called them to the register.Ended using the kiosk, should've checked my order before I left.Order was wrong on all 4 items, mods weren't complicated.Quesodilla had no sauce, the 2 burritos order had so much sauce and extra sour cream when order without you could even eat it, falling apart with every bit just soggy.Called back after I got home the employee who answered couldn't have cared less.Waste of money.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service NASTY food ! I used to come here all the time and it was so good and now it’s gone to hell. The big manager with reddish hair was literally yelling at customers. Our food took 15 minutes to get to us and it wasn’t even warm. Cheese wasn’t melted. It was all cold. My kids bean burritos had dry, crusty, hard beans in them. This is the worse experience I have ever had in a food industry! NO STARS !!

Only me and a duo across the rooms were the only ones there. All the tables were dirty. Most of the fountain drinks were bad. Got my food and I could just tell the fries sat out all day as they were stale and cold. As far as the quesadilla it was the worst I’d ever had, cold as can be, The cheese was not melted, The steak was cold, and the tortilla was fine

Atmosphere is dull no greating when walking in "hello welcome to Taco Bell" or not even a "welcome" no one at front counter. Drive thru is the priority then why is the lobby open ?? GM OR THE MANAGER AT THIS TIME IS HORRIBLE N RUDE!!! The big with eye glasses guy he's tall he keeps touching his face and his glasses he needs to change his gloves after touching his face. Food was hot but rolled very messy cheese sauce was off like a spicy cheese when I asked for no cheese rice was soft like it has been there all night. Beans were old n cold the back of the kitchen was messy and horrible looking. Had to wait to be cashed out not even a "hi did you get this " it was u pay cash or card. Just very rude and dull and like everyone hates there job that works there!!! But I don't understand why the lobby is open when drive thru is the priority door Dashers are waiting as well as the people who are walking in to order Togo. They need to work on they attitudes and cleaning. At least offer a drink while u leave them in lobby waiting for 30 minutes. I will say everyone was working hard tho
