We randomly stopped here for lunch on our way through Amarillo during our cross country trip. We had tacos and enchiladas. The barbacoa tacos were excellent with perfect corn tortillas. Their refried beans were to die for. The best I've ever had. It was a little tiny locally owned place in the industrial part of town. The woman there was very nice and the meal was very inexpensive. Great bang for your buck.

I have to be honest... The Taco Truck is better than the restaurant. Not disrespecting Mrs. Ramirez, but her son can cook. My only complaint is, the food at the restaurant needs more flavor... And Rice! They ran out by the time we went to eat!!! Also... If you know someone who knows Spanish, take them with you. I took my wife!!!
