Friendly, service, fast service, hot food grade environment, best chicken salad ever

Whataburger is convenient especially for late night food runs but not when they give us an undercooked raw pink burger! We threw our ENTIRE order away This isn't the first time we received poor quality from this store, but we continue to go because it is in our area and shouldn't have to go anywhere else because there food quality sucks. We went for a refund and they refused after we had got told we would get a refund & just remade our order. & instead of making sure our remade food was fresh and perfect they gave us old chicken strips no gravy, old fries & didnt give us our drinks.Now we will definitely will be driving out of our way for better service and food quality.

Nobody was open but whataburger was. Great little visit for a quick little date night. The sweet tea was so good.
Got my order wrong twice first wrong order then they give me a single instead of a double and then when I tell about my meal they hand me a bowl with my patty in it instead of making a new burger so I mean there alright I

Do yourself a favor and go to another one. Maybe it's just me but I've never had a good experience here. The wait for food is always long and this morning, 2 employees and the manager walked right by and never said a word while I was standing at the counter.
I walked in a order sat down and waited about 10 minutes then a family came in and order and they were served before me some how my recept got lost and while I was waiting the cashier kept looking at me like I was just sitting in whataburger for fun I asked them about my order and after another family was served another 10 minutes go by until I finally got my food

The food is always good and hotService was absolutely the worst I've ever experienced in 22 yrs. Absolutely disrespectful cashier x2 and manager was no help at all. Was on his personal phone while taking orders at the front counter. I sat in line for over 27 min.
