I usually frequent this place once every week or so. Service is usually okay, not good by any means, and staff doesnt fill fry cups or count nuggets in the new whata-wings, ordered the same thing of 2 sandwich meals and a batch of the wings, both times the wings were 5 decent sized 'wings' and maybe 1 or two bits of breading with no meat in them, when it is advertised as 9 piece? The burgers and fries were fresh and hot. Sadly, there were issues. The machine was out of ice. We had to ask for napkins and ketchup. I noticed ice cubes on the floor—a slipping hazard. A staff member throwing a hot fry at another staff member was observed. Not once did anyone change gloves. With more training and better leadership this location could be so much better. Let’s hope things improve.

Stopped in the have supper with the grands and enjoy their company at a place they like to eat after a day of running around shopping. Employees were friendly and greeted as we entered. Our food order was brought out to us, which was a treat after our day of walking around. Nice time just sitting and listening to all that was happening around.
