Whataburger is Whataburger.. LOL nuff said. Great food as usual, staff is usually pretty helpful and nice customer service. However, it's always a wait especially dine in. It's like that at every fast food restaurant or really any other family type dine in/ drive thru. In my opinion.
Employees didn't seem like they wanted to be at work and were definitely unresponsive. And very , very , very , very understandable And it felt like when I was trying to explain my problem. The employee seemed annoyed and on top of that, when I get out of the store, they'd given me the wrong pack of cigarettes, after I pointed them out and told them 3 separate times which ones I wanted. The other community stores can really learn something from this. Great service, really tasty and freshly made burgers. Plus fries that taste good even cold. We're rarely fed up so cheaply.
