Tonight Burger King was dinner, Shondra working the window tonight was excellent and demonstrated great customer service skills. If she isn’t a manger she ought to be promoted to one. She didn’t “ what else , what else “ me at the drive thru like most Texas establishments….She said “ could I get you anything else”. Which is better than “ What else” very welcoming. Thanks Shondra
