It's fried food soooooo.....Family enjoys the Catfish option.Only thing we hate is they changed their hushpuppies. Other than that, food is good for fast food. Love fried Okra and corn nuggets. Tea needs to be Stronger. It's see through. Prefer more flavor in chicken but with sauces or gravy it's great, for fast food.

Time to call the health department on this location. The okra was RAW, the chicken was not fully cooked, the biscuits were.....i don't even know..... Andthe order wasn't complete. And the SMELL WAS HORRIFIC.We took one bite and were sick to our stomachs.What's going on here isn't substandard. It's criminally negligent, and we are getting them shut down. Period. TIME TO CALL THE OFFICIALS.

Picked up a family meal with 3 drinks, on 287 SR. it took 3 tries at the pick up window to get the drinks right. Got home and was the worst chicken we have ever gotten there ☹️ I keep trying it to see if the chicken gets better. It was yrs ago. Just keeps going down hill. Chicken tastes bad, need to keep the oil fresh or something and it’s tough. Thanks but no thanks for a terrible $50 meal, waste of money. ? picked it up on Wednesday Jan 24 at 6:33.

Stopped to pick up a quick dinner to avoid cooking. Food was still hot when I got home and no dishes to wash...win-win!Dietary restrictions: Not the place to dine if your counting calories.
Jus spent $40 on 20 Tenders and a side of mashed potatoes and the mash potatoes were straight trash. It was like baby food. The gravy was thicker than the mash potatoes.

I went through the drive-through tonight and got a set of rolls, and some mashed potatoes rolls tasted amazing as always, but the mashed potatoes were extremely sour and expired and very watery. Please check your food and make sure that you guys are serving fresh stuff and not expired mashed potatoes to people.

I purchased an order through the drive thru 2 days ago and got this message about 50 mins ago, “Your transaction at Chicken Express Subl has been updated from $11.90 to include tip. Your new total is $23.80.” There is no way in hell that I tipped or would ever tip $11.90 for a drive thru order. Luckily, I keep ALL of my receipts. Definitely fraudulent activity at this location!

Rhonda is so kind and professional everytime I come here that I know her kind voice and had to ask her name last time. Well everyone I have encountered here has been nothing but kind and accommodating. The food is always hot and fresh. My mom got me started on eating chicken livers from here about 2 weeks ago. I would see her eat them and other people with great skin, and figured that my mom must be doing something right. Her skin is so good lol, but I could never bring myself to try them. But anyhow last time she had them, she offered me one smothered in hot sauce. I was hungry and it was hot/fresh and smelled so good so I figured I could just atleast try it. Well I’m hooked now. You know what they say, don’t judge a book by its cover. Well if you’re not open to chicken livers, I’d recommend the rolls, corn fritters, fried fish or chicken tenders. Also another HUGE compliment I have to give is their fountain drinks don’t have that yucky taste(fish tank) if you know what I mean and they are pretty well carbonated and actually taste really close to that drink as if it were coming straight from the bottle or can.Parking: Lots of spaces that are usually free. Drive thru usually isn’t crowded. Even though the food is fresh, it doesn’t take too long. But when it does, it’s okay and worth it!Kid-friendliness: Kids can get a good, hot filling meal here.
