This place is very dim and looks kind of depressing. The two oldest ladies there always have the worst attitudes that it ruins your appetite entirely. I had to start traveling to a chipotle in a different part of the city so I can have pleasant experiences.

I love Chipotle but maybe next time I’m just gonna order from a different location. Ordered a burrito bowl with white rice. While everything else was good and the steak meat very tender, the rice was undercooked and hard in the inside.

Not fresh at all , rice was stuck together in clumps ., wasnt hot at all ! The tortilla was nasty ,!!! I got half steak half carne Asada & there was barely any meat , & the meat that was there was really fat I had a picture I sent to Uber but I was unable to recover the messages . Very unsatisfied . Will never don’t waste your money or time

I ordered my food for pickup and then got the notification that it was ready. Showed up to pick it up & then they said it wasn’t ready… I kept asking for it again for 10 mins. Then the girl looks back and says “oh it’s been right here the whole time” in a very rude way. I don’t understand why people have to be so rude and dumb … like why didn’t she look for my food when I first asked for it?!

I arrived to this location shortly after 9:30 pm this evening and they had already picked up all the chairs so nobody would sit and the remain tables were dirty. I also noticed the whole kitchen was already cleaned and stoves were off and they were done cooking for the evening. There was a long line infront of us. I’m sure if we had arrive 20 mins later they would have told us they were “out” of stuff. Because I asked for a bag of chips and they had already put those up too! And had to go get some from the back for me. SMH I asked one of the employees if we weren’t allowed to eat there and she replied they close the dining early. However, they don’t close until 11pm.
Horrible service! I will NEVER visit this location ever again! Night crew couldn't find their way out of a paper sack. Got swamped with 5 customers...like seriously. Overcharging for "Premium Beer" $5! RUFKM! Couldn't even dine in/enjoy my meal because I had to keep returning to the counter. Line guy telling customers "we're out of steak and carne asada". I said no they're not. The cook is cooking it now and just said 5 minutes. Wow. Worst Chipotle experience ever! Had to run my card 5 times because Dennis couldn't figure out the register.
Normally I love chipotle but this time I ordered it, it was just out right nasty.. imagine if someone had dump an entire bag of salt on your food and some expired seasoning they had setting around that’s what it tasted like and for some weird reason now my stomach is in pain. I’ve only had problems with this location. To everyone who wants chipotle do not come here go a little further it’s worth it
