We were very unhappy. We came to Dallas from Arkansas Friday March 22, 2024 at about 7 pm. I had the screen shot from dave and busters website saying they are honering the $8 per person spring break deal as per the commerical through 03/24/2024 at that location. I still have that screen shot. I showed that to the supervisor and he said we are still doing the spring break as per the website but the charge is $80 a person instead of $8 a person. He said the amount was incorrect. The commerical and website had $8 not sure how the math was so different. So we just left we weren't expecting the price to increase from $8 to $80 per person.

We drove 4 hours to come to this particular Dave and Buster's for our oldest daughter's birthday. Our experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in from the girls at check in all the way to our server. The girls at check in clearly didn't want to be there. I believe the main one with the attitude was named Koya or Toya. Stank attitude before we opened our mouths.Next was our server Hidee. She was rude and phony. She got an attitude with another server for trying to get our drink order because she was nowhere to be found. Next, she only took some drink orders. When I mentioned it, she said she had already taken the drink orders and walked away. Then, when 5 drinks were missing, she took the rest of the orders. My 6 year old gave Hidee her drink order and she snapped at her that she couldn't order, the order had to come from her parents. We are Vegan. I specifically asked her if the patties were Impossible or veggie bean because we only like Impossible. She said Impossible. Then, brought out veggie bean paste burgers. Our meals were cold, mixed up, and 3 were missing. She tried to blame it on somebody else but it was really on her for not taking the orders correctly. When it came time for our check, I let her know that I was military. She said ok and walked off. When she came back, she handed me her tablet to tap my card. I asked to see the Itemized expenses and she gets upset and says, "Oh, Baby it's correct!!!". Who just taps a card without verifying what they are being charged for??? The last straw for me was when she got pissed that I tapped 10% instead of 20% for a tip. She said something slick and walked away.We spent almost $250 and couldn't even get a receipt.After that, I asked for a manager. Brian came over. His "concern" didn't really seem genuine. He offered my daughter a dessert and felt like that was sufficient for the service. When we were walking out, Hidee and Toya* were standing up front to make sure to give us crazy looks and smirks while we passed. It was a very hostile situation. I have never experienced anything like it.I am a Mom of 13. You can imagine how many birthday parties we have and how many venues we go to trying to do new things. We will never be back to this or any location.Vegetarian options: They have a lot of vegetarian options that are clearly marked with "VG" after the name on the menu.
