Really nice hip hop culture brunch spot. Ordered the mimosa flight, catfish and waffles, and chicken and biscuits and it was delicious. Next time I'm in town I will be here again!

Went for brunch. Music was too loud and also sporadically interrupted by someone's phone alarm. Food took an hour to come out even though there weren't a lot of people there. Food taste was okay, not great not bad but definitely something that would taste better if you make it yourself at home. The use of plastic utensils was also disappointing. The drink I had was tasty. Overall though, not worth the money/time and I wouldn't go back.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Currently sitting here going on our third hour waiting for wings and a burger like wtf. Music is loud asf for a total of 28 people in the restaurant. Our first order of wings came out greasy and salty and they said they needed to change the oil. Isn't that something that should've been done before yall opened for business today?? I'm not sure how this place is still open at this point.

I wanted to like it. However, the music was too loud for brunch. I couldn't hear the person next to me. The greeter had to scream to ask me "how many?" The catfish was overcooked, the waffles are frozen waffles not freshly made (confirmed by waitress) and 3 little sauteed popcorn shrimp with my shrimp and grits left alot to be desired.

Not even 1 positive thing to say about place. If your looking for nice, keep looking. It is run down, everything was marked, burned, scratched, cracked. The restrooms didn't have toilet paper. So freaky loud we couldn't even hear one another even though we were screaming. Plasic glasses and utensils, at least the dishes wasn't a paper plate. Service was awful; no second mimosas for us, she never came back. I guess thats why they automatically added gratitude. The Mimosa's were the worst I ever had. They also failed to mention it is a hooka lounge. Not exactly what I want to smell when eating my overpriced disgusting food. Denny's is better quality. They need to do a public service and close this place. DON'T GO!!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service was nonexistent in here. My friend came from Chicago to celebrate another friend's birthday. The place wasn't packed at all. It took an hour to get an appetizer. Once it came, I got it to go and left. The appetizer was good; it's just too bad I didn't have hours to wait to see what the food was like. May give it another try buuuuuut

I had the chicken and waffles. The waffles weren’t Edible no exaggeration. Also the music was too loud but dope music selection so s/o to the dj! & the shots I had were Allat! But overall my party and I were far from Impressed by the food. Service was fast and the waitress was A1!

Y’all. I hate to do bad reviews but after 2.5 hours of waiting midday (1pm to be exact) I wish y’all could see the salt that I tasted in my food. Very much so understaffed. Poor Kay tried her very best to bartend, take all orders, run food and everything else. I hate that we even wasted our time waiting. So many parties left without their orders being delivered. I love experiencing black restaurants when I’m out of town but there’s no doubt in my mind that this one let me down. Owner no where to be found and help needed! We had to ask for extra lettuce for the salad, the fish came out wrong and high blood pressure assumed during my first bite. I’m sorry but this was bad. Real bad.

I had high hopes for this place because a friend of mine said the food was good. The food is the only thing keeping this place afloat, and it would’ve been better if they didn’t bring it out cold. The entire establishment needs to be wiped down. We were initially seated at a table next to a dirty white wall and a sticky table. So we had to ask to be moved. The waitresses took FOREVER to bring us anything. I even had to hunt them down to ask for condiments and water! Then they act like you’re bothering them. They all look unprofessional and unkept. It was just a mess, I wouldn’t go back. Decent food. Terrible service!

People aren't lying in the reviews about sticky floors and dirty bathrooms, but the food iss good though, it just sucks how strict they are about what you can order during brunch time. I wanted the crab spinach dip, and waited until brunch was over to order and they still couldn't make it. I came on Sunday around 3 till 5pm. The service issss slow when it comes the bringing food out, but when you have flights of mimosas and hookah and in good company it's like u get more quality time in the waiting! Lol. Someone came and paid for everything at my party of 4's table plus some extra shots so that's was a cool take away. The music was very loud the servers had to almost yell to be heard. My cousin paid a $150 reservation fee that went towards the bill. We danced a line dance too. Most of the people there were older crowd extremely lively and dancing and eating. The vibes were definitely high and it wasn't to capacity but it was pretty full with customers. I saw guys come and go for drinks.

This place is nasty and I don't mean the food or drinks. I mean the restaurant. There were dead bugs that had been there forever, dust so thick you could draw in it, stains from drinks that had spilled from what looks like weeks ago. Just filthy. Then the chicken had feathers in it. It is a beautiful place but it is not a clean environment. This is the dining space. I could imagine what the kitchen looks like. I was completely turned off. If you don't mind filth then check it out but don't say I did not warn you.

I paid for a liquor tower that took forever, and to make matters worse, all of the prices changed after ordering items. Everything that was advertised was wrong or not in stock. The bartender was very difficult and extremely slow. I kept having to ask for the same thing. A new waitress was there, but no one offered her any help. The waitress kept my card for so long I had to keep asking for it. Also, I got home to see I was charged extra, at a Four Top Table...I had to walk to the bar and request ice water cups and walk them over to the table. Again, the main bartender had no clue of what was going on; unorganized; and false advertised specials that were not in effect yet made us the items anyway. Leaving us to pay out regardlessFood: Out of wings, and everyone was limited to brunch items until 4 pm. We sat at 1pmCatfish/Grits/Shrimp: OVERPRICED! Grits were runny. CATFISH was crispy and seasoned well ( small portion). Shrimp was supposed to be fried but wasn't, and it seemed like the food wasn't hot. It was almost like it was sitting out.The Restaurants A/C didn't work properly. I thought it was just a circulation problem in our area, but it was fairly warm throughout. The music and vibe was great however we came unfamiliar with the place and area, explained that, and was seated! The girl who sat us was very nice but after that is where it ends. Never got a server to take our order, never got to get food, hookah, or drinks. Very disappointed could’ve been a good night. After over an hour of not being served we left! Will not return

My recommendation is for everyone to never attend this place. I decided to book a table for the Spencer/Crawford fight and everything promised was not delivered. For starters, why would an establishment sell tables for an event that surrounds watching TV when their TVs DO NOT WORK! Secondly, why would you have only a handful of servers when the entire place is PACKED? Thirdly, why would advertise that two complimentary bottles would be given when you bring them out a HOUR after our table is seated and then offer the Wycliff brand($3.95 at Total Wine). Lastly, why would you only have a cash bar with no prior notice? Overall, this place clearly hosted the fight for a money grab because they definitely didn't deliver or try to ensure their guest had a pleasant experience. For them to seat people outside, but not have the fight showing on the screens there and to be trying to fix the TVs at 10 o'clock when the main fight was less than a hour away shows that management lacks MANAGEMENT SKILLS. This is my second time trying to give this place a chance and will for sure be my last. Truly a waste of time and money.
