My husband and I went to this place for the 1st time this evening. We both had the shrimp and catfish basket. The shrimp and farm raised catfish were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The serving was generous and the price was good. I had a Thai Tea with Boba that had just the right amount of sweetness. Owners were very friendly and the service was fast. This place is a hidden gem. We will be regulars.

I’d say I had the best fried catfish for DFW standard! The catfish batter wasn’t thick and it STUCK ON. I had many problems with fried catfish because the batter just slips out! The catfish wasn’t dried out and also had the catfish flavor still. I am comparing my standard with coast catfish restaurants (ex: Seattle, WA). This is a nice family owned restaurant that puts quality in their food. I also have experience with catfish batter being soggy (not contained) and this batter kept up its strong integrity. My brother also ordered the shrimp poboy. The bread of choice was great, shrimp was fat compared to other places, and batter stuck on! They did not cheap out. The shrimp wasn’t rubbery like most places also. The serving size was small when looking in person but I was actually stuffed (I am 6ft 200lb). I would come back to eat their fried seafood anytime. Please don’t compare this place with those boiling seafood. I compared this place to fried seafood specifically and are meant as a quick eats.Ref: I ate here at 6/24/22 around 5pm when there wasn’t a lot of people.

Very damn good fried chicken po boy. Good amount chicken for the price also. Have not tried the boba, but I can imagine that it is also great based on the effort put into the regular food.

Something isn’t right with the catfish, at all! The fries were worse! I’m coming to get my money back in the morning.

Absolutely amazing cost to value for food! The fried shrimp poboy was delicious with tons of shrimp, their fries are deliciously salty and fresh. And the boba is extremely satisfying! If you’re thinking about coming and on the edge, do yourself a favor and get it

Boba was great! Although I did not like the customer service at all. Our order wasn't right and once we addressed it the cashier got offensive and tried blaming it on my 15 year old relative which just isn't right. After they swapped it for what we originally asked for the chicken tenders where RAW. Once my fiance asked for a refund of just for that one plate the cashier had the biggest attitude! You think service would be better especially after spending $70
