Store was just greasy all over the floors, walls, furnature. Feet were sticking to the floor as I walked. Bathroom disgusting, And stinks, and the best part are the bums trying to con anything free out of the clerk, then haggling over the price of a cup of water, so they can just use as many free condoments as they can to whip up some lemonade. I hoovered my food and jumped up to leave before they could make the rounds and start asking for money. :(

The cashier was so extremely rude and NASTY to me simply because at the time I needed to split payment..I do personally already get anxiety when I have to do that but for him to THROW my cash on the counter and get upset bc I simply said whatever the difference was from the cash that I gave him is what I wanted to pay on Apple Pay in which his response was “(THROWS THE CASH DOWN ON THE COUNTER!) and then proceeds to say “WELL I GUESS I HAVE TO USE MY PHONE BC I DONT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE!”Like why are you being like that of ALL TIMES on CHRISTMAS EVE…Got no greeting , my order was thrown on the counter and just literally was a bad experience.I shouldn’t have to go some place and want to spend my hard earned money then be treated like this.

Check your bag and order before you leave the drive through or when going in they will charge you for a meal and wont give you your drinks or you'll have missing food.I will not be going back here. Each time I go they miss something on my order then dissappear in to the back.

Rude rude manager he is one of the rudest person I have ever seen in my life, Disney speak English and when you speak English with him he gets upset. Charge me for kfc sauce which is free if you go at any kfc for my I asked to give me bread instead thigh he charged me for just to give me chicken Brest instead of thigh. Requested a chicken sandwich cook to order. The fry cook refuse to do it; stating machine dirty. SHE stated fryer dirty & takes thirty minutes to clean. The manager confirmed it takes thirty minutes and I could come back tomorrow (3pm evening when at the fast food). The worst service. The refund was cash; paid with cc manager stated did refund cc. ?

Tried to get a combo meal with double sides instead of a drink. Website says this okay but when I asked for this option, manager told me to order online then, if that's what the website says. Then he made a smart aleck remark about "Thanks for using the bathroom " as I was leaving. First of all, treat your customers better. Second, he did not even attempt to see if that was the case. Thirdly, I do not appreciate being spoken to like this because you do not want to do your job. Good day to you sir.
